My dogs started doing this a couple of months ago. They bark and me, claw on the covers I put over my head. They will not stop. So glad I have the luxury of taking a nap. 🙂

This is. so true…..I do make a point of giving myself what I need each day….namely rest and good food. then everything else seems to fall in place – oh and making sure my boundaries are in place. .:)
