Regardless of what had happened to you.
Regardless of what you think or feel.
Regardless of what has been said about you.
Regardless of what you have said about yourself.
You have the ability.
You have the resources.
I just want to remind you of that.

Great words, and a very appropriate choice of flower – the Poppy.
Poppies are amazingly resilient- they grow here in my garden and aren’t bothered by the salt spray.
